This is an engaging and inspiring course where you will learn the theory and practice of making espresso coffee along with foundational food hygiene practices.
The coffee-making workshop at a local Coffee Roastery is by far the most popular part of the course. Each student can put their coffee-making theory to practice on modern Commercial Espresso machines while being immersed in the excitement of Brisbane’s thriving Specialty Coffee scene.
