This is an engaging and inspiring course where you will learn the theory and practice of making espresso coffee along with foundational food hygiene practices.
The coffee making workshop at a local Coffee Roastery is by far the most popular part of the course. Each student can put their coffee making theory to practice on modern Commercial Espresso machines while being immersed in the excitement of Brisbane’s thriving Specialty Coffee scene.
